Receiving & Inspection

Every shipment that arrives in your name is checked in against the shipping documents, visually inspected, and photographed before it ever reaches a shelf. You'll know the same day something lands what it is, what condition it's in, and whether anything needs attention.

  • Same-day check-in against packing slips and POs
  • Photo documentation on arrival, organized by client and job
  • Damage flagged and reported before it becomes your problem
02

Managed Storage

A clean, organized warehouse space to hold furniture and décor between receiving and install day billed simply, per item, per day, so a one-week hold and a six-month hold are both priced fairly.

  • Item-level tracking, not pallet guesswork
  • Status visible by client and by project
  • No minimum commitment store what you need, as long as you need
03

White-Glove Delivery & Installation

Careful transport and final placement, in the client's home, on your timeline. Floors are protected, pieces are blanket-wrapped, and nothing gets set down until it's set down right.

  • Scheduled around install day, not warehouse convenience
  • Packaging removed and hauled away on delivery
  • Final placement and light styling on request
04

Furniture Assembly

A lot of modern furniture ships knocked-down to survive the trip. We put it back together on-site as part of delivery no separate appointment, no second invoice for a missing bolt.

05

Fine Art & Antique Handling

Some pieces don't get a second chance. Antiques, art, and anything irreplaceable get individual handling extra padding, extra hands, and a slower pace than a standard furniture run.
